Hi there

 

I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing slow data speeds. On an unlimited data plan, speeds may be reduced when over 5GB of usage has occurred on an LTE device, or over 3GB on a non-LTE device. This is to ensure all of our customers can benefit from our network and to reduce heavy load through excessive data usage. Limited data plans such as Mobile Share Value do not feature any data speed restrictions as it is not unlimited, reducing excessive use risks.
