Hello Charise,

 

I'd like to thank you for taking the time to respond to my post.  

 

But this response is the same rote, canned, robotic response that I talked about in the very post you have replied to.  It is the same response I received last year as well, but my phone was ulocked for me last year.  There is always a way to unlock a phone.  All that has to be done is for someone in the "back office" to make my account eligible, plain and simple, just like they did last year when I still had 6 months to go on my 2 year contract.  

 

I just find it hard to comprehend that this is the manner in which a 23 year client would be treated.  I guess this leaves me no other option than to see if Randall Stephenson himself has any sort of pull at the company.  I'll post an open letter to him and see if this can bring a resolution to the matter.
