I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty in sending and receiving MMS messages! I’d recommend giving our GoPhone department a call at 800 901 9878 where we can ensure your line is provisioned correctly for this service and work to get it up and running! To speak to a representative as quickly as possible, enter your phone number. Say "More options". Say "Customer Service" then when it asks again, say "Customer Service".
