Thank you.  That helps a lot.  My only "still unclear" point is if she leaves CELLULAR DATA ON and turns DATA ROAMING OFF  as you suggest will any "picture texts"  be using her 125MB data or does cellular data toggle simply allow MMS?

 

If it doesn't use up the 125mb that would be great.   I'd hate for her to send a lot of pictures then find out we have a $400 data overage bill.

Picture messages (MMS) will not use up any of the 125mb alotment, they are included in the unlimited texting. However, for MMS to work there has to be a data connection which there would not be if cellular data was turned off. However, with just data roaming turned off, MMS messages will flow through fine.
