I use the WiFi hotspot to connect my laptop to the internet and even tho I have changed my name AND password 3 times tonight alone, I still keep seeing a 2nd user connected. I'm not using simple passwords or common ones that I use for anything else. They've all been unique with special characters but still getting a 2nd user connected alert. I think I may have fixed it after 3 grueling hours but in case this happens again, I'd like to see the details of this 2nd user or at the very least, get my network traffic details such as which sites they are visiting while using my WiFi ect. Its my bill, my phone that connects the WiFi so I'm guessing I have every right to this detail correct? Is there a place I can view thru my att account or do I have to go into the store to request? Store is only a block away but I'd rather view online if possible. Thanks!
