I hate this company and debating if it's even worth it anymore

... okay. Ancient. Been with this company since it was cingular. My mom has got 2 basic phones, my smart phone, and a mifi on her account. I have another account with a smartphone on it. My neighbor has an account with a smart phone on it. We all live on the same street, and have been with this company for years. Now, let me start with the issues. 

December 2012- was sold Iphone under the impression it was a 16gb and paid for a 16gb. Never saw the box the phone was in, signed a 2 year agreement. Left the store.

September 2013- iPhone runs out of memory, so I check the memory as there is not much on the phone... Notice it's a 8gb. Call customer care. Takes me 2 weeks, over 25 reps, 10 supervisors, crying multiple times, and another $200.00 out of pocket to "upgrade" my phone and sign another 2 year agreement.

October-get new bill, have activation fee, they won't credit, also have data overage. Call customer care. Fight for hours. I am Informed this is due to now having an android and that iPhone is better equipped to prevent said overages. They offer a 10.00 credit. Fml.

4 years ago my data connection and dropped calls began at home. 

They said it was a phone issue. I was out of warranty. Paid insurance claim... got phone.... still same issues.

They informed me at that time it was tower upgrades.

Numerous phones calls.

Numerous chats

Numerous complaints....

Now to present time and day.

I have spent over 10 hours on on the phone. I have been put in tears by a manager. I can't use my phone to do anything that it should be capable of doing. Data connection is a joke... Their offer? I can cancel, at my expense. Or I can pay for a microcell. I am talked to like like a dog by a manager, I hang up, call back. I am then offer a free microcell (keep In mind, this manager SWORE they would not honor a free one even tho I was promised one the week before), and after 3 hours on the phone I have told these people I DO NOT HAVE HOME INTERNET they still Insist on this microcell. Well it won't do me any good. I have no Internet. So... then here's the next offer, let's get you Internet added to your monthly bill, and the microcell. Ummmmm your Internet hasn't worked on my phone in the past 4 years. Do you really think I am stupid enough to pay EVEN MORE a month for service I already pay for?!?!?! This company is a joke. You ignore customers and offer no help. There is no true "resolution" to the issue. So resolve this.. pay and waive my ETF for your poorly trained, uneducated reps, techs, and supervisors, and that will make me happy.
