No MMS, internet on T-Mobile Note 2

I just switched my Note 2 (T-889) from T-mobile to AT&T. Since I switched yesterday, I can't send MMS or access the internet.
   Voice, SMS and wi-fi are working fine.

  I found a post and tried adding a different APN, but it didn't help.
