It would replace your current plan, the Mobile shared value plans include unlimited talk and texting, in addition to the 30.00 for the data plan you  will be paying 2 device charges, they are broken down as follows

40.00 ea smartphone with 2 year service commmitment 

or

25.00 ea for smartphone with no service commitment or on Next plan

20.00 ea for a basic phone
