HOWEVER, going to that web page does not give me the option to get txt messages and/or email sent to me by ATT in advance of my balance expiring; it only provides me that information when I go there - putting the burden on ME and OTHER CUSTOMERS to look up this information, unlike Verizon and T-mobile which send txt message in advance of the balance expiration so customers don't lose their balances because they are a day late in renewing - I guess those other companies would rather keep their customers than keep the forfeited balances of disgruntled, soon-to-be former customers
