Does unlimited text include receiving messages from overseas?

I am in a mobile share plan. I understand that I can send texts to international wireless phone numbers without extra charges, just .would like to know does the "unlimited Talk & Text, no roaming or long distance charges nationwide" include receiving call and text from outside of the US?
