Hello
I have some questions about this.
We have been in New Mexico 2 times this month for an event. After I received the first email, I visited my local AT&T store where the manager reassured me I would have no disruption of service and it was a routine courtesy email.
We have been back in New Mexico and I received this message and thought it was the same.
Yesterday, when I really needed to get a call, text, email, anything out (summiting Mt Wheeler over 13000 ft), I couldn't. I had full service but was "off network" as is most of the Taos / Los Alamos / Angel Fire area we have been in.
The frustrating thing was I was able to receive calls, texts even emails but could not send out anything. When I ran into someone else near the peak they shared Verizon was great and they were able to have full communication during the entire route.
I'm very happy to say the trip was without incident. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH AT&T. Is your "off Network" reminder telling me where I should or shouldn't plan my next trip? My family and I have been with your company for almost 20 years. This is an insult to our loyalty!
