A rep deleted my data while provisioning new sim. Grand fathered alltel unlmtd. Just had 8th case denied.
th reps keep apologizing and saying i will have it back. If this doesn't get fixed I'm leaving. Not under contract. Haven't been able to upgrade since 2011 when att bought alltel. I've been a great customer. Would appreciate a phone call. The emails that biz help sent to me asking about case to which I responded to were never replied to.
