Welcome to the AT&T Community Forums! Thank you for posting your question about release note 805a8011.32. This is definitely a different type of issue than anyone that I have seen before, but I like a challenge. I am always glad to help out.
After doing some research, I did find out some information about this error online. It appears to be an error that occurs when you` are starting the Google Play Store. The main consequence of this error is that you will not be able to get updates on any of the existing apps or install any new app or game. It also said that most times this happens on Windows devices.
There were several proposed solutions that may work but the best suggestion was to factory reset the phone. Please go to the Device Support page for instructions on how to back up your device and how to perform a factory reset. Select your phone make and model.
For backup instructions - Click on “View All Solutions”. Under Device Topics on the left side, click on “Backup and Restore.
For reset instructions - Under Device Topics, click on Troubleshooting and Reset Device.
