in 2013 when I signed up for my latest AT&T cellular service plan, I was guaranteed that my existing TRUELY UNLIMITED UNTHROTTLED DATA plan would transfer over. the representative stated it was to be 'grandfathered' in. today I find out that AT&T has not offered UNTHROTTLED DATA since 2011. I was deceived, blatantly lied to, and defrauded! after doing some research on this issue I found that hundreds probably thousands of people were also lied to in order to gain their business. is this AT&T corporate policy to lie to their customers? is it AT&T corporate policy to gain customers through FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES? when I called customer service to report this and ask these questions I was transferred to multiple 'supervisors' and then I was hung up on. so I called again and again with the same result. the most information I was able to obtain from said 'supervisors' in regards to me being lied to and defrauded was "were sorry that happened" then transferred then hung up on AGAIN!!!!! can anyone in here please shed some light on these issues?!
