I am trying to set up my UM remotely since I am out of town, and the very detailed instructions on your IVR accessed via 888-300-6500 do not match what actually shows up on-screen at the web site:
"Follow these six simple steps. You might want to write them down:"
1. From att.com/repair
2. Select Voicemail/UnifiedMessaging <-- from where? It's nowhere on the page or in any of the sub menus
3. Type your phone # and click continue
4. Click on the "Report New Trouble" link
5. Select "Voicemail Access"
6. Click Continue
Someone PLEASE align the IVR with the website.
