Please give something back to your customers besides great customer service.
The thing that many customers seem to miss in this whole discussion is that AT&T is selling their services at a rate which allows them to remain in business to keep providing service for years to come. Some of the other carriers are selling their service at lower costs to the customer, but they are not making the needed income to support their infrastructure upgrades they will be needing for the years to come, if they are even making a profit now. Some of the carriers out there targeting AT&T in their coimmercials don't even offer competitive coverage in major market areas, let alone in all market areas, so their lowere prices aren't of value to customers who are in the areas where their service doesn't work reliably.
