It does suck that anyone has to go through that but I do agree with GeekBoy, I also have the 10 GB Fam Plan and I pay a lot more for it, so therefore I should not be throttled, and to be honest I feel like the data is still being used fast or throttled but hey that is just me. It is too bad there is no way to check how fast our data is besides speed tests but that could sometimes be a faulty solution.
