It is not about what I can do or where and how can I switch my plan. It is about the fairness of what they advertise. I am not getting what they promote and I think that is ilegal. My speed being lowered at 2 or 3GB and never reaching th 5GB that they promote for smartphones is false advertisement. I spoke to a representative 10 days ago. She said that she did not understand why it was happening (it's been happening for more than 1 yr). She also said she would call me within the week. It has been 10 days and I have not received a phone call from AT&T. I also sent a private message through this website " forum " and no one has emailed me back. The customer service is not very good and it is a shame since we have been with AT&T for more than 6 years. I am 100 % sure that AT&T employees have to read these posts....and you would think they care but obviously they do not
