Same here- last month had 7GB overage charges which they did do a one time courtesy credit was told to do the newest iOS8.02 upate as this would resolve known issues which was done and today when the bill arrived I was shocked that now I was charged 14GB overages....so I called and now customer rep says they have to troubleshoot phone and if she can't figure it out then the Tech department will troubleshoot and in a few days they will see how Data is still being consumed and if it is still an issue then I have to go to Apple store for Apple care to troubleshoot the phone....So Apple will say its AT&T and vice versa.....I have had this iphone 5 since December 2013 and never had any real issue but a few overage charges but nothing like this.
I am really dissapointed in the run around I am getting.
