Yes, Technology marches onward and just because I'm on an unlimited plan,
I'm not allowed the same feature set as every other AT+T customer?
I understand that this may not be what AT+T wants but I feel it's a really
poor excuse. They offered the plan, now own up to it.
Technology has moved on, and if you mve your data plan to a current one, you can use all the new features. The new features were not available when the plan you have was offered, so they were never enabled on it. If you want the newer features, get a newer data plan that supports them. It's all your choice, you can keep the old plan as it was when it was grandfathered, or you can move to a newer plan that supports newer features.
