They(att) are doing the least amount possible to say they have a roll over data plan. Its just a ploy to save a little face. I will be leaving att after (over 10 years of service) my current contract is up. Not because I have a vendetta against them, but because they are no longer a good value in wireless. If you tell a att representative this, they will argue that they are until your ears bleed. This pathetic attempt at a roll over data plan is just the latest example of not going the extra mile.( see t-mobiles roll over data) ATT you will continue to lose customers and company will continue to lose value until you address these views. There are very few new customers to fight for these days. You should now concentrate on the loyal customers you have. It just makes sense to go to a better value. No aguement needed.
