I’m sorry to hear the update to 4.4.4 has affected your device in this way. As has mentioned, turning off Smart Network Switch appears to solve this particular issue. Now, this is of course not a fix, just a temporary solution. This is a known issue and we are actively working with Samsung to find the root cause of this problem to correct it permanently. At this time, we do not have an estimated date for a more permanent fix.
