Hi, I've been using ATT Gophone plan for couple years, and I found that couple months ago the service and plan changes a lot. I was having the $45 with 1G data plan before and now it changed to $45 with 1.5 Gb(then unlimited with low speed) which is better but I can not check data usage anymore.
I used to be able to dial *777*3# to see my data left in my package, or just go online to check the data usage. Now *777*3# won't show me anything but telling me go online, the gophone website(my account) won't show any information either. The gophone custom service won't support "online chat" help, and the hold for calls to custom service is forever. There was once I connected with wireless service and was told that Gophone belongs to a completely different department and forward me to there, then is another forever hold. Is ATT Gophone adopt?
Anyway, I still want to ask could anyone kindly teach me how to check the data usage? I really don't like the "low speed" after 1.5Gb high speed so I'd prefer to monitor how much data I use. Thank you!!!
PS: From other's post, myAT&T for GoPhone will lead me directly to att website, and even if I logged in, in my front page it said "
Data
See Plan Details / See "Packages" Link", and not the usuage. Thanks
