I used a phone that didn't support LTE previously, and now get a new iphone 5S. I expect I can use LTE then. But I can only connect to 4G at any place. I am sharing a family plan with others and they can use LTE. I tried insert other's sim in my new phone, and the Iphone 5s can connect to LTE, which means the device is OK. I have turned to a ATT store. They have no idea. Is it possible ATT have limited me to a lower speed because I showed my older phone at the store when I got the number?
