I’d be happy to help with our AT&T Messages app! To troubleshoot any issues with AT&T Messages, let’s first ensure we’re running the latest version of the app. If you head to the Play Store, you can check for any available updates by choosing My Apps from the menu.
If no updates are available, try the following:
- Tap Menu > Settings>Manage Apps or Application Manager > AT&T Messages > Clear Data > Clear Cache from the device's home screen.
Should the issue persist, please uninstall and reinstall the app.
