Hello Mr. Stephenson,
I thought I'd let you know that I have left ATT after 23 years as a client.
After countless conversations with customer care, international care, premier care, front line employees and supervisors and hearing them all drone on so robotically about not being able to ulock my phone for international travel purposes and the odd things I was told, of which I'll post, I just gave up.
I walked into a Verizon store and switched service. It's hard to believe that your company would give up the next 20 years of monthly service fees instead of unlocking my phone just like last year for the same purpose of travel.
Please read my other posts ("VERIZON UNLOCKED iPHONE" and "ATT DEAD NUMBER?") and find out some astonishing things that you should take care of.
Good bye
