We have 3 phones on our account and the 1 phone is showing a data usage of 1092 when you use AT&T app on phone but when you go to the Full site and look at the data usage for this same phone the usage shows at 2261. I tried calling about this 10 days ago and was told to turn off the phone and wait for it to update. The other 2 phones on the account do not have this issue. Any ideas?
