You might need to replace your phone. I seen that happen in the past. What happen is that the phone has a software issue that cannot be fix. Also, it could be software plus hardware. There's really no solution to it. Try your sim card on someone who has exact same make and model of the phone, if the problem resolve, the n is definitely the phone, not the sim card or the network.
