The problem of this company comes down like this, manager to employees, employees to customers. Managers doesn't treat their customers right, so in return employees are less motivated to help customers. On top of that, the company is constantly looking to cut cost, thus you have more of more new people that has no experience at all, and all you get us one transfer you to another after another.
