Re: POOR Customer Service

If I were you I would call and speak with another rep! Some of them don't know or care! I got one Saturday that said it was mu phone and there are no outages and I needed a new SIM card...well, the closest ATT store is 2 hours away and i informed her of that and she said that was the only way. I told her they need to send me a new SIM and she talked to one of her managers and they said they would but it could take 7 - 10 business days...UGH! I hung up very unhappy! Well, then I decided to call back and spoke with another rep and she was very nice and I told her how frustrated I was and told her the other rep told me there were not any outages in my area, this new rep checked her system and told me, "I don't know why that other rep would have told you that as I can see there is an outage in your area and you do not need a new SIM card because that will not help.  I would be p*ssed to".  Then she offered me a credit on next months bill...I am a prepaid customer so all of my costs for this month are all credited to next month...hopefully they will fix the system before then!
