I’d be happy to help with your data connection! Please try the following:
- From the home screen, tap apps
- Choose Settings
- Tap WiFi
- Disable Smart Network Switch (clear any checkmark)
- Reboot the phone
Then try once again to access the internet via data! This seems to be a common issue from the recent software update. This fix should restore data access whilst a correction is made for the update.
