I upgraded my phone yesterday from an iPhone 4s to a LG G3. During the process both my data and text plans were disabled.
I spent hours with live chat, who was a very nice guy, but couldn't solve my problem last night.
Today I spent 20 minutes, mostly on hold, to get my unlimited texting back. Still no data.
Highly disappointed in my service. For the mean time if I need to use data I am, according to customer service, "you could just use WiFi."
This makes me wonder if being a customer for 10 years was worth it.
